Returns & Item Condition Policy

All items sold through Like A Plague Distro are physical media (CDs and tapes). Please read this policy before purchasing.

Item Condition: Unless otherwise noted in the product listing, all items are new and factory sealed. Used or open copies will be clearly marked as such with a condition description.

All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of physical media, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We'll make it right.

Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. For lost packages due to carrier error, contact us and we'll investigate.
